The Director General of the Ministry of Finance of the Puntland Government, Mr. Ahmed Abdirisak Dirie , today chaired a meeting attended by the Ministry of Finance, the State Bank, private banks and the PITECH Company, which discussed how banks should facilitate the modern way of paying traffic tax.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Director General of Revenue, the Deputy Accountant General of the Government, Deputy General Director of the Bank, Accountant of Nugal Region and Director of Revenue Department of the Ministry of Finance.
At the end of the meeting, it was agreed that the private banks should take their role in the system that the Ministry of Finance will facilitate in the payment of vehicle tax and it will be modernized.
