The Acting President and Vice President of the Puntland Government Mr. Ahmed Ilmi Osman Karaash has appointed Ref: XMWK/DPS/118/2020 Ali Isse Nahar as the Director of Information and Media Relations of the Office of the Vice President of Puntland.
Mr Nahar has previously worked for Independent Media.
